All orders are carefully packaged with love and intention before they leave our hands.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and another once it ships.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on location)

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on customs and carrier delays.

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your glow home.

Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $40 USD.
For smaller orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Lunary piece.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

How to Start a Return:
Email our care team at Contact@lunary.co with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return

  3. The reason for your return

Our team will guide you through the quick return or exchange process.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Contact@lunary.co with photos.
We’ll make it right — every time.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is our error.

  • We do not currently offer prepaid return labels for international orders.
